Is This Thing On?

Welcome to my attempt at a blog. If you are reading this, you are most likely either my mom, my sister or my neighbor Daniella. I will be documenting our trip to Scotland for everyone back home to follow along and to keep track of what all we did. It will be me, my dad, Johnny Bob & Brent, and we will be there from May 18th - May 24th, check out our itinerary below.

I am taking inspiration from my dad's blog (attached HERE) that he made when we, along with Grandma, Madison and Hambone took a trip to Germany to visit the German cousins in May 2009, a short 16 years ago... which was the last time I went across the pond. Judging by the picture quality below, it's easy to tell it's been over a decade and a half, but it does not feel that long ago.

I do not have my dad's writing skills, but I do however have ChatGPT (Grok in my case) so hopefully that helps me bridge the gap in creative writing.

Those that know me know that I am very excited to fly, evident by the fact that I haven't flown in over 10 years. The doctor even gave me some pills to contain my "excitement". I am hoping to not have to take them, especially after seeing there is free beer on the plane (sorry mom).

We are leaving my dad's condo around 10:40AM tomorrow to head to the airport so I will try and post updates from my phone then.
